joglo trips: Overland trip from Bali to Pangandaran via Ijen, Bromo and Jogjakarta

In stead of touring from Bali to Yogyakarta it is much more interesting to do that trip overland and see the beautiful Ijen Plateau and the world-famous sunrise at the Bromo vulcano. Our guides can pick you up from your hotel in Bali and accompany you on this amazing trip.
We leave in the afternoon arriving in the evening in the Javanees coastal city of Banyuwangi, spending the night here. The next morning we go to the Ijen Plateau and see the sulfur miners carry about 80 kilo's of ore in baskets down the Ijen crater. In the afternoon we continue our journey to the Bromo, arriving in the evening and spend another night here. We wake you up in the early morning though at 4am and after a small breakfast we will go just before sunrise in a old Jeep to the hill overseeing the Bromo to watch the sun appear behind the volcano. After spending a few hours here we go down in the Jeep again to the Bromo vulcano and climb the crater.
You can either stay another night there are we can go directly to Jogja arriving there in the evening.
